Community Projects

Throughout my career, I have sought opportunities to harness consumer interest in a way that serves the community. Naturally, people find it gratifying to spend their dollars in a way that helps others. These are my latest initiatives:

Woman-Owned Wineries

Woman-Owned Wineries  is a storytelling and advocacy project elevating female wine entrepreneurs. I began this project in winter 2017 to help ensure women in the wine business are seen and heard. We are currently crowdfunding to launch a consumer wine club.

sirsee is an unexpected gift, in Southern parlance. I created this project to help share the beauty in the world by:

  • crafting a single-vineyard Grenache wine
  • editing a harvest journal featuring 30+ talented artists, writers, and chefs
  • offering both items to raise funds and awareness

s i r s e e | the gift  raised more than $5K for social justice organizations, including Southern Poverty Law Center. The wine is sold out, but you can order the journal here.
